When you are working as a teletherapist on the Zoom platform, “No Print” resources are essential. Even though many PDFs can be shared and used for speech therapy that are not specifically created for an online platform, “No Print” ones are meant for the screen. I’ve been able to create several “No Print” resources that I think you will really like if you are working as a speech teletherapist:
English Teletherapy Materials

How to Use “No Print” PDFs and Interactive PDFs
- Open the PDF in a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader.
- Share your screen with your student using your teletherapy platform.
- If your teletherapy platform allows it, give your student control of the mouse so they can interact with the PDF.
- Click on the clickable areas of the PDF and advance to the next page automatically.
More Tips for Using “No Print” PDFs in online speech therapy teletherapy:
- Choose PDFs that are designed for teletherapy. These PDFs will typically have larger text and images, and they will be easier for your student to see and interact with on a screen.
- If you don’t have a PDF reader that has annotation features, use the annotation features that are baked into the Zoom platform. This will allow you to draw on the PDF, highlight text, and add comments.
- Give your student clear instructions on how to interact with the PDF. For example, you may need to tell them how to click on buttons, drag and drop objects, and type in text boxes.
