Why spend the money on an iPad and then spend even more on apps? That’s how I felt after I got my iPad. Keep in mind that many free apps actually require you to make “in-app” purchases to access additional content – I’ve noted those apps with an asterisk (*). I have a wonderful selection of both free and paid apps on my iPad now, but here’s a list of the best free apps for speech pathologists to get you started:
