El Reto de 100 Veces – ¿Puedes decir el sonido 100 veces?

Uncategorized

28 Jan

For decades speech pathologists have been working hard with students to try to reach 100 trials of a speech sound or word during one speech therapy session. Typically, I get 30 or under max! Personally, I view it as a HUGE challenge to get a student to say a target speech sound or word 100 times! So I’ve created this challenge freebie for you to use with your Spanish speaking students: “El Reto” — that means challenge.

To get this free resource emailed directly to your inbox, CLICK HERE. You will join my email list and receive useful therapy resources and videos.

AND you know what’s better? How about MORE 100 trials challenges? I’ve collaborated with a couple other wonderful speech pathologists to offer a series of 100 Trials Freebies:

Downloaded the cover page of your 100 articulation trials in Spanish. Did you forget to include the six pages of the “El Reto de 100 Veces? because all I get when I click on the resource is the first cover page with the picture of the six pages. Just asking . . .

Also, I noticed that you have the qualifier “Bilingual Speech Pathologist Approved” – what does that exactly mean? I have training through ASHA on serving Bilingual populations and have done independent studies in bilingual speech and language development as well as I hold Teacher Certification in Bilingual Education and English as a Second Language in my state (Texas). Just wondering on this one. I always identify on my signature that first I am a SLP – then I add bilingual, and bilingual trained

Thank you so much for letting me know. I’ve corrected the download and I’m sending out an email shortly with the corrected file! When I said, “bilingual speech path approved” it’s to say I’m a bilingual SLP — we’re unicorns in this field! Nice to meet you! 🙂

No problem, just thought that I would let you know because I do like the idea of challenging students (in the therapy room and outside at home) to practice their sounds with their parents at any level you may choose to designate. I know you have lots on your plate, just helping out when I can.

Thanks for sharing my post. My kiddos that speak Spanish love seeing a 100 count articulation page in their primary language! Thank you!
