How does Seesaw work?

Seesaw is a web app that helps students learn concepts, but it is also a powerful parent communication tool. Students can work on Seesaw work at school, but also it can be used for homework.

Seesaw Class App

There is also a Seesaw iPhone app as well. That makes it even easier for parents to check in and see what their children are learning.

Seesaw for Schools

How are you managing your parent communication? Seesaw might be the best thing around for speech paths to share student work or homework with parents in a secure and private way. By changing one setting, Seesaw is private: the student and the student’s family are the only ones who can view the account. Watch the video Seesaw Tutorial for Speech Pathologists to learn what Seesaw is all about. I think this tool is valuable to use to communicate with parents even after distance learning ends.

Check out my other video and post about Seesaw for more information: “How to Seesaw” for Special Educators: SLPs, OTs, PTs, SpEd Teachers, and Social Workers.
