Speech Therapy with Toddlers – 3 Main Goals

Speech Therapy· Vlog

30 Dec

I got a chance to record a video about Speech Therapy with Toddlers that I’ve been wanting to record for awhile. This video is focused on three main goals for therapy with toddlers. The reason I was motivated to make the video (I explain it in the video too) was that I have encountered parents who think therapy with toddlers looks too much like play and that some don’t think that’s worthwhile for their child with a speech delay.

This video goes over three goals (plus a bonus #4 for those who watch until the end) that are critical for little ones to help parents understand what to look for in those sessions. Additionally, if you work in early intervention, with toddlers or with children in early childhood, this video could help you develop some goals for your sessions too. And yes, I cut fruit and bang on a box in this video! LOL Gotta keep it fun for the little ones! Watch on YouTube here: Speech Therapy with Toddlers or click above to play it right here!
