🤗 Do you like therapy more than evaluation? I love the evaluation process more than therapy, but over the years I’ve found most SLPs like therapy more. Well, no matter how you view evaluation, report writing can be an overwhelming task. I found out about this company called Double Time Docs. It was founded by an occupational therapist to help professionals write high quality, consistent evaluation reports. ✍️ Their software helps you build an evaluation report section by section. I really like how it makes you consider so much. After you have completed filling out everything inside the program, you download a Word doc of your report for further polishing. The report I wrote using DTD was excellent because I scaffolded it inside the program and when I had the Word doc, I was able to go through it step by step and add additional information in an organized format. I plan on using this from now on. It’s just a recycled glue stick cap and a little green feather but it brings me so much joy. 🥲 My youngest made it for me this summer during summer camp and I just sticky-tacked it to my dashboard this week.
